MATDPA: Integration of SRIM2013 into MATLAB for nuclear materials calculations

I am happy to announce that the first public version of MATDPA is now available on GITHUB for public download. MATDPA is a collection of MATLAB scripts that I wrote to speed-up and automatize nuclear materials irradiation calculations.

To install MATDPA in your machine (only Windows because Apple does not allow to run WINE anymore!), you will need:

  1. Install the SRIM2008 version in your PC (http://srim.org/).
  2. Install the SRIM2013 version in your PC (http://srim.org/).
  3. Install the latest version of MATLAB in your PC (https://mathworks.com/products/matlab.html).
  4. Download MATDPA from GITHUB and follow the installation instructions (https://github.com/mattzitunes/MATDPA).

MATPDA runs SRIM2013 on batch mode, so make sure all the necessary files are copied from the SRIM installation directories to the MATDPA folder!
